So we landed in the early hours of the morning here in Abu Dhabi as we came across we saw the pinpricks of the lights down below and in my stomach i could feel the butterflies of a new beginning starting.
When we had landed we got through the amazing terminal that is the international airport here. Once we got through the gate and went out and then there was a guy who I only knew from one meeting back in May in London and via Skype during the business meetings.
As me and my now partner came through he then approached us and then gave Mark the traditional greeting and then to me gave me the biggest hug ever i was not expecting it.
As soon as we got out of the airport into the car and drove to the compound which is his house and his sisters properties where we would be staying these couple of days. As we entered it the house i was then taken aback at the arabian and modern twist that this property had and then our bags were taken away and then we were handed a cup of sweet tea and a little plate of sweet biscuits.
Once we had got some rest and the sun had risen it was then to meet the others. As soon as we had breakfast Faisal’s sisters had come across and as soon as i sat with them i knew i was in a loving family.
Now we are sitting in a cafe in the Dubai Mall picking up the last bits of my wedding prep we need before going to see if we can spot Lewis Hamilton and then drive back to Abu Dhabi. Once we get back it will be dinner time and then we begin the wedding prep as its gonna be henna night and then friday is the wedding day then its off to Yas Island on Saturday for the F1 Etihad Grand Prix Qualifying and then Sunday is race day and depeche mode and then we fly home. I really do not want to leave this amazing country or these amazing peeps here. <3 x
